After you open it and save it to your Inventory, just click Replace Outfit on the Delivery folder and watch the magic unfold. Within seconds a mother giving birth on a wheeled table will appear, with a sheet over her torso, her legs bent, knees high, and guess who will be popping out? YOU! haha. Your face will appear to be....uhmmm...popping out of you-know-where. And you will have a yellow baby-bonnet on your head, and a baby sucker thingie stuck in your mouth!
