The wonderful Lady who donated space to me for the Subscribe/Unsubscribe Kiosk for this blog, is trying to sell some of her Business/Residential Class 5 land. She will GIVE you the land FREE, if you will just pay the tiers.
I've known Caly for long time. I can vouch for her kindness and integrity. You could not buy land from a better person. Here are the details....

[14:44] Calypso Llewellyn: well either a half sim, or a 1/4 sim
[14:45] Calypso Llewellyn: $L42,000 for a half sim or $L21,000 for a 1/4 that's the tier fee per month

[14:45] Calypso Llewellyn: well a half sim is 7500 prims and a 1/4 is 3750 prims. I can either sell it as a half sim or sell it as two 1/4's

[14:46] Calypso Llewellyn: the prices are at cost; no profit entailed. Just make sure the tier gets paid on the sim
[14:47] Marcophoto Upshaw: how is it zoned? business or both? class 5?
[14:48] Calypso Llewellyn: class 5 sim, and it can be business or residential. no bots allowed and nothing that requires age verification, other than that they own the land and they can do as they see fit. Though I would retain the right to ask that anything causing severe lag be removed.
